Conference & Tours

Main Conference: June 17 – 21, 2019

Our conference begins with a Welcome Reception on Monday, June 17th.  We hope you’ll join us for a ‘Taste of Pennsylvania’ on Monday evening!  It will be a great time to network friends, old and new, and sample some of the food and drink made in Pennsylvania…or made famous by Pennsylvanians!

Each of your four Main Conference days will start with a plated breakfast.  Whether you are a ‘just coffee or tea for me, please’ or ‘I love starting my day with a solid meal’ person, join your colleagues before our General Session and recognition of our Search for Excellence winners.

On June 18th, 19th, and 20th, you’ll have the opportunity to choose between staying onsite for our concurrent sessions or register for one of our ‘Field Study Days’.  Not only will we have topics of interest throughout the days at Valley Forge Casino Resort, we’re excited to bring you learning opportunities on-site at one of several public gardens.  For the Field Study Days, we’ll take care of the transportation, lunch, and learning sessions.  Several sites have reached out to us to offer classes in their gardens and we’re eagerly putting those together for you!

On our final day of the main conference, we’ll all be together for a final Keynote session, conference wrap-up, announcement of Silent Auction winners, and presentation by our 2021 hosts.
