IMGC 2021 will be held virtually using EventMobi, a professional conference management platform. After registering for IMGC 2021, you will receive instructions for setting up your EventMobi account and a custom link to access the conference platform.
How can you access EventMobi?
- After registering for IMGC 2021, you will receive an email with instructions for logging in to the EventMobi site.
- You can log in to our EventMobi conference site through a browser or the EventMobi App.
What can you do with our EventMobi platform?
- Profile: You will have a personal profile on EventMobi which will allow you to add any workshops, keynotes, or the concurrent sessions you plant to attend to a custom schedule so you can keep track of the sessions you’re interested in all in one place.
- Join sessions: Through EventMobi, you can select the sessions you want to attend and easily click to join when they go live!
- Virtual tours and conference extras: A link to view our virtual tours and other conference extras will be available via EventMobi.
- Other documents or handouts: Any additional documents or handouts for sessions will be provided by EventMobi.
- After the conference: EventMobi will house our session recordings after the conference.
